Siamo in Myanmar e più precisamente sul lago Inle. Incontro sulla mia strada questo monaco, gli chiedo come sempre faccio, se posso scattargli una foto e come tutti gli altri mi fa un sorriso e un piccolo cenno di assenso. Imbraccio la macchina, inquadro e noto con sorpresa che sui suoi occhiali porta ancora la targhetta delle diottrie. Mi guardo intorno se nei paraggi c'è un negozio di occhiali ma neanche l'ombra per chissà quanto. Lo saluto, lo ringrazio e lui fa lo stesso con me anche lui soddisfatto. Myanmar un Paese bellissimo per i luoghi, per la cultura, per la storia ma soprattutto per la sua gente.
