, 1/125 f/11.0, ISO 250, hand held. Cagliari, Italy.

Enchanting caption and beautiful shot.
If so, it would have been better to resume the part with the head or alternatively resume it complete. ;-)

A nice lizard profile with (really) a great detail of free hand, especially on the snout and beautiful colors, well managed also the ambient light; on the frame (resuming the sensible talk of Rinaldo) you did not take a certain position and you stayed a little halfway taking only part of the lizard leaving the tail end outside, so the choice was between a selective glimpse and close to the muzzle or show it in full (maybe you had to rush in because the lizard then left and went away right away) ;-).
Anyway, there is nothing special about the photographic quality, sometimes it's just the details that make it the "leap of quality" ;-); good Pinus.
A greeting, Claudio :-P
