La OSCA (Officine Specializzate Costruzione Automobili) ha avuto sede a San Lazzaro di Savena (BO) dal 1947 al 1967 tentando anche l'avventura in Formula 1 negli anni '50 dello scorso secolo. La vettura visibile in fotografia partecipò alla 1000 Miglia di sabato 11 e domenica 12 maggio 1957 partendo con il numero di gara 335 mentre il numero 402 cerchiato è quello di partenza della 1000 Miglia rievocativa del 2012.
