Porto Palo La cittadina dista 58 chilometri da Siracusa ed è il comune più a sud dell'isola siciliana, ma non dell'Italia (pur trovandosi al di sotto del parallelo di Tunisi, il comune di Lampedusa e Linosa è più meridionale). Del suo territorio fa parte l'isola di Capo Passero a poche decine di metri dalla terraferma e l'isola delle Correnti a pochi chilometri. È un centro prevalentemente agricolo e marinaro e proprio su queste attività fonda le sue fortune economiche. Il paesino è bagnato dai due mari: lo Jonio e il resto del Mediterraneo

Hi Sestri1970 meanwhile thanks for the gentle comment, it's a photo from 2010, then I used the Sony A350, about the optics used I do not remember what it was and it is not in the exifs.
