St Aldhelm's Chapel, St Aldhelm's Head, where I walked onto from the amazing view of Chapman's Pool. It is open to visit during normal daylight hours but is very dark inside! #BlackAndWhite #Churches

St Aldhelm's Chapel, St Aldhelm's Head, where I walked onto from the amazing view of Chapman's Pool. Dating from the 13th century, it is open to visit during normal daylight hours but is very dark inside. Services are held on Sundays during July and August.

I also saw that but how much do you make the whole walking trip?

Nice shot Tim, sin for the dark interior. It looks like a military chapel with those buttresses! Hello.

An unusual achievement for a religious building. Very fascinating in this dramatic b / n that exalts the medieval spirit. Beautiful picture.

Beautiful composition and excellent b / w. Tim, I've noticed something strange over the right side of the roof, a sort of arch in transparency. Try to enlarge the picture and have a closer look at it.
