Anche a me non convince molto il WB. Forse una temperatura un po' più calda avrebbe reso l'atmosfera un leggermente più coinvolgente.
Nel complesso la trovo una bella immagine che personalmente mi trasmette poco.
Tecnicamente ( ad esclusione del WB secondo me ) è ben realizzata ma a libello compositivo avresti potuto cercare un punto di interesse che avrebbe valorizzato il tuo bel notturno.
