Excellent - I've seen this 'character' too in London but it's the kids looking underneath that make the shot!

Me and the camera got extremely wet and cold early this evening due to hail and torrential rain. Both drying out. Hopefully the latter will recover, a bath rescued the former. The pics (should) be quite something! (Haven't even seen them yet). Get better soon!

Glad you like it, Marco! Thanks!

Many thanks to you, too, Annamaria!

Thank you so much, Angelo - I'm glad it made you smile!

Thanks, Sapf! I realised that but I'm not sure those children did! Sorriso

Thanks very much, Tim! I agree - those two children are vital! This was taken nearly two years ago now but there's every chance he's still doing the same thing! The temperature was pretty low this evening - you must have been frozen! Thanks for the get well soon wishes - heading to bed in a few minutes, a good three or four hours before my usual time......

Many thanks, Andrea! Did you notice the two children on the ground? Sorriso It is those two that really caught my attention!

Ann :))

Good to hear you got the Big Stopper, BTW, look forward to more and better results in the future. I'd like to know where you got it as I've always perceived it to be too expensive. I got a couple with my lesser one in Wales after the Echo Beach sunset and they came out VERY blue, not necessarily unrecoverable but will require some work.

I bought the starter kit, a Big Stopper and a Little Stopper. They were expensive but bought with 15% off on Black Friday from Wex. They were out of stock at the time but I'd already waited a long time to buy them, so more waiting didn't hurt me (too much). They arrived the day before I went to the Philippines.

Very nice moment caught, it's always nice the interest and curiosity of children. Hello, Rodema. ;-)

How are you today?

Thanks for the info on the Stoppers. I don't really make enough use of mine as it and can't afford to replace anyway. Mine's colour balance is OK in daylight, dusk will obviously go blue(r).

It looks rubbish out but forecast says it's not so bad down on the coast so I might get the bus down to Sandbanks. I can read your response on the bus but won't be able to reply.

Not great but thanks for asking, Tim.

I think I'll use mine a lot, as I'm so often near either the sea or river, or some other body of water and, as you will be aware, I'm fascinated by big skies!

It was beautiful earlier and 4 degrees but I was too ill to go out - I'm trying to be well enough for a family day tomorrow. It's clouded over almost completely now though, so I'm not sure how satisfying a trip to Sandbanks will be! I'll be restricting myself to taking macro shots of flowers today.......

Huge thanks Francesco, Fabrizio, Sergio, Gaz and Rodema, for your lovely comments! I am so pleased you were amused by the children's natural curiosity!

Ann :))
