On top of Southampton's modern Itchen Bridge, yesterday. I had to clone out a streetlamp over the crest that was coming out of his knee and I couldn't undertake a simple colour desaturation as all the image had blue in it. #Bridges #selectivedesaturation

On top of a tall, modern bridge, Southampton's Itchen Bridge.

I had to clone out a streetlamp over the crest that was coming out of his knee and I couldn't undertake a simple colour desaturation as all the image had blue in it.

Thanks Matt - I knew that it had to be in mono but that selective colour would just be a little better. In my opinion, of course! Mono all over would have been so much simpler!

Excellent! I love this! Keeping that one element of blue makes this extra special.

A different take on a bridge and just popping the colour on the figure draws you in. Nice shot.
