Un esempio del tipo di foto di documentazione che pratico più frequentemente, anche per lavoro in Museo. Non capita spesso di trovare in natura un caso di fungo entomopatogeno in piena azione (di quelli che attaccano e uccidono gli insetti; in questo caso presumo con tossine che ne paralizzano i centri nervosi, visto che il cadaverino è ancora in una posizione tipica di vita, aggrappato ad una foglia di Lonicera). Impossibile, senza microscopia, dire di che fungo si tratta, ma potrebbe appartenere al gruppo di Metarhizium anisopliae; l'insetto è uno dei tanti piccoli emitteri che frequentano le peccete della Val di Fiemme (forse uno specialista riuscirebbe ancora a riconoscere la specie, o almeno il gruppo, nonostante le condizioni in cui l'attacco fungino lo ha ridotto).
