at 45mm, 1/125 f/8.0, ISO 200,

Very early morning start to undertake an 18 km stretch of the 44 km 'Clarendon Way' walk, which roughly follows the route used by pilgrims and other travellers between the cathedral cities of Salisbury and Winchester. I took a college bus to undertake the furthest part, ending in Winchester. Breathtaking scenery, mostly gorgeous weather - as you might expect, very tired now, so goodnight and thanking you ALL, in advance and see you tomorrow. (Re-posted as original had a sensor spot) #BlaclAndWhite

This is lovely, Tim, now that I've seen it on my iPad! I looked at it first last night on the laptop and I wasn't sure about the processing, although the composition is very lovely.

Leaving for the airport in a couple of hours - I'll catch up with you when I get back!

Thank you Ann - I did wonder whether you had seen it but not liked it or had already gone for the plane and not seen it. However, I'm not sure how seeing it smaller on an Ipad makes it 'better' than on a laptop, at least to the amount required between liking and not liking. But it was a major walk undertaken, one on my list to do, so was really pleased about that. So, I'm pleased that you've now seen it to your satisfaction! Have a great time Viva Espana!

It's not just the size - it's a better screen, so the overall quality of images is improved. You know I look at the detail and not just the general impression - it was some of the detail in the overhead tree that I am less sure of but which is far less noticeable on the iPad screen.

Thanks for the happy holiday wishes!

A great shot, like the natural framing and infrared rendering: well done!
