Questi scherzetti, come tu sai, li fanno le ottiche grandangolari che oltre alle altre distorsioni, introducono anche la distorsione prospettica,
come in questo caso, che fa apparire più grandi le cose vicine (all'obiettivo) e rimpicciolisce le più lontane.
Presumo che avrai adoperato lo zoom 16-35, con la focale impostata molto vicina al 16; (correggimi se sbaglio).
