In a Winter's Churchyard... sent on December 27, 2015 (5:53) by Timk2. 26 comments, 1423 views. [retina]

My quest yesterday to use just the one macro lens on my walk around the village of Britford, included the nicely tumbled-down churchyard. The ultra dull weather required some creative post processing, extra sharpening (to make the foreground stone stand out better, and from the others), increased contrast to the upper and a large amount of vignette. I think the result is rather romantic and very definitely, rather wintery looking. #BlackAndWhite #Churches

Thanks again Vittorio - it hasn't come out too badly, in the end, in view of the poor conditions. Do read my description of how the end result was achieved, though!

Edgar Lee? I must Google him! Thanks, Ezio - have a good Sunday!

I thought that perhaps you were referring to a photographer/photo, but in fact it's a poet - another thing learned - thank you!
