con Canon EF 2.0x III, 1/1250 f/7.1, ISO 1600, tripod. Specie: Upupa epops

Distanza dal soggetto 9mt, crop importante per eliminare molti elementi di disturbo, focale 600mm, regolazione luci, ombre, tonalità, sfondo e soggetto per sfocatura e nitidezza. Consigli e suggerimenti sempre ben accetti. Dopo un paio di sopralluoghi per avvistare il soggetto e definirne quali erano i suoi spostamenti preferiti, mi sono preso la mattinata di ieri libera per cercare di immortalarlo. Subito trovato sulla pianta che avevo prescelto per le condizioni di scatto, l'ho lasciato allontanare e mi sono preparato...messo il mio treppiedi tra due cespugli, poggiato il mio sgabellino e ricoperto interamente con la retina mimetica. Insomma, per i pochi passanti nella zona non esistevo (mi sono passati in fianco a meno di 5mt delle persone e non si sono accorte della mia presenza), anche un giovane leprotto è venuto ad annusare la retina chiedendosi cos'era, ma per i nostri amici con le ali ero ancora troppo in vista. Passavano, mi salutavano e volavano via. Dopo due ore e mezza in assoluto silenzio, senza fumare nemmeno una sigaretta e senza muovere un dito se non per puntare l'obiettivo sui soggetti, non avevo ancora portato a casa la mia Upupa, e sì, ero parecchio sconfortato! Poi, ad un certo punto eccola! Proprio sull'albero che avevo prescelto ma più in alto, in condizioni di ombra e aperta solo da uno spiraglio nelle frasche delle piante vicine...e allora su le ISO e via a scattare! Mi ha guardato (come del tipo: "adesso sei contento") ha aperto le ali e se n'è andata via. Bhe, che dire, grazie per questa faticosa ma bellissima mattinata ;-)
