Dolcissimi incontri ad Okunoshima Okunoshima è una piccola isola situata nel Mare del Giappone, tra le città di Hiroshima e Shikoku. È chiamata l'isola dei conigli in quanto abitata da un infinito numero di questi amici animali. In questo luogo i conigli vivono sereni in un ambiente privo di predatori. 700.000 metri quadrati di paradiso conquistato da oltre 300 conigli che vivono liberi e felici. I simpatici animaletti non hanno paura dell'uomo e si avvicinano senza timore, magari per assaggiare qualche snack (nel mio caso anche il pollice destro :-) ) I visitatori possono coccolare e nutrire i conigli quanto e quando vogliono. Per proteggerli, cani e gatti non sono ammessi. I conigli sono molto utili al mantenimento dell'ecosistema di Okunoshima: la loro presenza aiuta a ridurre l'erba cattiva e a tenere lontani determinati parassiti.
