at 300mm, 1/1000 f/3.2, ISO 100, hand held. Specie: Rallus aquaticus

Distanza dal soggetto 3,5mt, crop per decentramento, focale 300mm, gran lavoro di photoshop (che sarò lieto di spiegare a chi mi chiederà in riguardo). Consigli e suggerimenti sempre ben accetti.

Thank you all for the feedback that I have found in your comments:-) I'm really happy;-)

Moro: Max, I'm glad you asked me that because I've got spent some 'behind this photo PP to get the results I had in mind.
I attach the conversion from raw to jpeg with the same crop for easier reading of the changes:

In LR I cropped the image, the color temperature warmed up, lifted the shadows, adjusted the lights, increased the vividness, countered in a bit and saturated individual colors using the palette dedicated.
Exported the image in PS I cloned, correct and messed all the disturbing elements that were on the ice (branches, fodaughters and various dirt), a long and exhausting.
Finished doing what I cropped the figure of the water rail with its mirror image and I inverted the selection, applied a blur filter light (3px if I remember correctly) in the background, reinvertito the selection and introduction of an improved sharpness (or sharpening as uses a lot to say here:-D) to better define the subject.

I know now that my photograph will lose a little 'effect, but I preferred to explain so well, if you had any advice or criticize, I'd be more than happy;-)

Thanks again to all, a salutone

Alex

The shot is really nice, but the saturation of yellow from what I see on my monitor is a little too much pressure, I think already the original shot was really great, congratulations

I agree with Valerio, also I see it too yellow .... correct colors and avvicinali those of the original, are already fine as they are and the image is in place.

Alex looks ... I appreciate very much the picture, but maybe I prefer the original version ... just as natural background ... but you are really good, a result for me unthinkable for my knowledge of photo editing ...:-D :-D:-D

Thanks a lot Giulio!
Receive compliments from those who envy you very much for the shots that produces fills me with joy and pride;-)
The pond was half frozen as you understand, at that time was grazing on a thin layer that was gradually taking on water because the surrounding areas went to sghiacciarsi.
In short, the classic stroke of luck to have a nice picture into focus at a particular time.
Shame about the PDR a bit 'high, but unfortunately I could not do otherwise:-(
Thanks again for visiting and appreciation;-)

Bel porciglione golden must do list:-D
You're not the only one that warms the shots;-) maybe a middle ground was better, I think it was better to act only on the subject and leave out the background bravo Alex
