at 24mm, 1/80 f/8.0, ISO 64000, hand held.

A photo of the test (with no artistic pretensions, just to test the camera!)

Here there was really very little light: to give an idea of ??how dark it was, if I had taken at ISO 100 I would have to use a shutter speed of 16 "!

Obviously it is not perfect, but we're talking about a hundred thousand ISO! :-)

but I'm wondering, what is the threshold beyond which the ISO will begin to see the noise with this A7S?
or rather the max ISO of where I have not noise?

Impressive results (especially this one)! By chance have you tried to reduce the noise in PP?

Full-frame noise can be seen, moreover, miseriaccia, we talk about ISO 102400 !!! but in terms of "quality of sound", well that is to let me thrilled! zero chroma (which I guess you'll have eliminated) and a uniform grain, mushy, beautiful to look at, it seems almost added volutamene post! gives me the chills

If you have tried to reduce the noise in PP?

Yes, I applied the noise reduction in Camera RAW.

Yes, I have applied the noise reduction in Camera Raw.

well then I would like to see the result with the alpha5100 but forcing the image to the same pixel resolution (ie 12MP). In this way you understand the real difference between the two sensors!

Excuse me Juza, for clarity's sake, but how come I see ISO 64000 in the shooting data, and then there are ISO 102400 in the description and the pictures ... ?? Is he that ISO 102400 extension is not supported in the program for the inclusion of shooting data ..? thank you right now, Hello ...
