Noi per esempio fino a un certo punto conferivamo vetro e metalli assieme mentre adesso vetro da solo e plastica più metalli. Sembra dipenda dall'impianto usato dal "riciclatore" vero e proprio, quello a cui si rivolgono i vari comuni.... Forse la disomogeneità di regole e regolamenti nel paese contribuisce ad aumentare la confusione e a far sì che ognuno poi si regoli "come se fosse a casa sua" mettendo la lattina dove la metterebbe di solito.
Se poi pensi a chi con leggerezza getta i mozziconi per strada o, peggio, fuori dal finestrino magari in un bosco, magari d'estate....
