Penso tu sia riuscito a valorizzare il fiume grazie al riflesso del tramonto nell'acqua e all'uso di un tempo di esposizione abbastanza lungo da rendere l'acqua più "fluida" e "setosa" 
Condivido anche la scelta di esporre per il cielo e realizzare un silhouette degli alberi 
Se posso avanzare un piccola critica avrei escluso o clonato i due rametti in primo piano che, secondo me, non aggiungono valore all'ottima composizione.
Avrei optato o per un taglio panoramico (es. 16:9) con il fiume in primo piano o avrei ricercato in fase di pre-scatto un primissimo piano più interessante e completo.

I think you managed to exploit the river by the reflection of the sunset in the water and use of an exposure time long enough to make the water more "fluid" and "silky" :-)
I also agree with the choice to expose for the sky and make a silhouette of the trees:-P
If I can move a small criticism I would have excluded or cloned the two branches in the foreground, in my opinion, do not add value to the excellent composition.
I would have opted for a cut or panoramic (eg, 16:9) with the river in the foreground or I would have wanted in the pre-shooting a close-up more interesting and complete.

Si, mi piace molto giocare con i tempi lunghi soprattutto quando l'acqua è la protagonista della foto

Per quanto riguarda la piccola critica (ovviamente ben accetta), concordo sul taglio panoramico, mentre relativamente ai rametti li ho lasciati perchè mi sembra indichino il "cuore" della foto (e poi forse a clonarli avrei fatto un po' di pasticcio... )
Purtroppo la location non offriva nessun primissimo piano più interessante da inquadrare.

As for the small criticism (of course well accepted), I agree on cutting panoramic, while the relatively small branches I left them because it seems to indicate the "heart" of the photo (and then maybe a clone would have done a little 'mess ... :-D)
Unfortunately, the location did not offer any more interesting foreground to frame.
