Marcellino Massimo ; è aperta da Città di Castello a Perugia S.Anna. Le restanti zone sono coperte dai servizi sostitutivi con gli autobus. Tra Ponte San Giovanni e Todi per buona parte della tratta sono stati montati i binari nuovi e, in totale, tra Perugia e Terni sono previste 180.000 traverse in cemento. Si spera nel suo completamento entro la fine del 2026 . La linea arriva a L'Aquila e Sulmona, attualmente in funzione da Terni . Riguardo i graffiti, approvo l'arte del murales, anche se non avrebbero dovuto imbrattare una buona parte di finestrini.
