In occasione dell'aurora del 10 ottobre 2024, ho realizzato tra le altre cose una panoramica includendo l'arco galattico, per evidenziare l'ampiezza del fenomeno. Si tenga presente che questa è una panoramica a 180° e la Via Lattea incornicia praticamente l'aurora, quindi la porzione di cielo interessata era davvero importante! Ben riconoscibili gli astri tipici delle serate autunnali: le Pleiadi, le Iadi, la Galassia di Andromeda alta in cielo e il Grande Carro basso sull'orizzonte nord! ?
