Fin da piccolo Moreno viveva un' amplificazione emozionale che in psicologia chiamiamo tecnicamente iperaraousal , fino a farsi notare dalle sue maestre per l'eccessiva sensibilita' ed iperattivita' , una miscela esplosiva che sfocio' inevitabilmente nella catarsi artistica . Idealista e nobile nel suo cuore cela i traumi della sua esistenza , accostati con i racconti antropologici che ha vissuto nelle sue avventure in giro per il mondo . La sua missione e' dare voce alla poesia del silenzio , cogliendo i riflessi della luce che accarezzano l' anima vibrante della gente di strada , donando la voce , ed il volto a chi nome non ne ha . La sua fotografia drammatica e' una lama di coscienza che entra negli archetipi della mente , destrutturando le vecchie convinzioni.
