Hi Michele ;-)
In what mode (manual, diaphragm priority or time priority) did you take this photo?
Why do not you come back two things: that "long" time (on a 55mm outdoor day should not be necessary in theory) and that diaphragm so closed.

For leaves just make a slight cutout on PC.

Hello!
The shot is done in manual ... I should have used the timing mode, but in a hurry to immortalize the time I panicked :-D
What else could I do to get a sharper and more professional photo in your eyes?
Thanks for the help!

Taking a manual in those conditions, for me it is useless and counterproductive. In daylight you can safely shoot in diaphragm priority and set it to maximum at f8. But just the most. There was also a 6.3. The times would have been longer and you would have avoided the move of the boat.
As for "the most professional aspect" I do not understand what you mean.

It seems to me a bit of a photo of a plastic, that's all in miniature! I do not say it in the negative, eh, I like the effect.
With regard to freezing the image in this case with a lot of light, you can set diaphragm priority so that the machine chooses the times.
I always try to freeze subjects and use the manual with safety time (and a fairly open diaphragm) when there is little light
But when there is a lot of light, it's more complicated to choose the time because I could overexpose it, so I prioritize diaphragm and the car chooses the best times that I'm almost always above 1/640 up to 1/4000 when the subject is in the sun.
Anyway, just do it. :-)

In fact, I mainly do static photos, so I usually have more time to choose the shutter parameters.
Why would it be better to use a maximum f8 diaphragm? I have read some books and generally recommend using diaphragms between f11 and f16 for landscapes ... Is it because with the sharper aperture I would have shorter shutter speeds so the photo would have been less blurred?

Thanks, I understand the role of the diaphragm in this kind of "flat" picture ... So in this case would it be better to shoot in timed mode?

But no, it's right to take priority in diaphragms, only that the PDC may also be not extended to use too close diaphragms.
You could also shoot in priority times, keeping in mind the depth of field given by the diaphragm that suggests the machine ..
Ultimately, you must use a sufficiently closed diaphragm to have the scene (in this case) in full focus, and fast enough times to stay under the focal point security and freeze the subject
