Per il Mitutoyo le cause possono esser molteplici ... alcune risolvibili altre no  per quelle legate all'utilizzo/lente di tubo ecc. non ci son problemi ma leggendo sui vari forum alcuni 10x ad un certo punto non vanno più bene e la mitutoyo ha fatto sapere che non fa interventi di riparazione ... quindi se sei stato sfortunato da incappare in uno di questi non c'è niente da fare.
Fammi comunque sapere che tipo di obbiettivo è, che lente di tubo utilizzi e che lunghezza di step fai durante gli stack, anche un crop al 100% sarebbe utile vederlo.
Per il Del-Tron ho un amico che ne pilota uno (Nema 23) con una mia scheda e funziona bene, ma anche per te vale quanto ho detto a Luciano ... verifica prima se il programma gira sulla tua macchina poi posso inviarti una scheda da inserire su arduino (però è una delle prime che ho fatto e non ha il controllo delle luci e lo scatto remoto IR) |

Comunque: per il Mitu 10x utilizzo dei tubi di prolunga con lente Raynox 150 macro, circa 20 cm di lunghezza, calcolata per mettere il Raynox a fuoco all'infinito. Al termine del tubo, fra il Raynox e il Mitutoyo (che si trova a circa 4cm di distanza) ho messo un diaframma che chiudo un po' per limitare i riflessi. La fotocamera è una Sony nex a6000 (24 megapixel su sensore APS-C) ..
Con lo stesso sistema utilizzo anche un Mitu 5x, ottenendo buoni risultati. Lo step che utilizzo col Mitu 10x è di 4-5 micron. Per la somma delle immagini uso sia Zerene sia Affinity photo, non ci sono grandi differenze nei risultati. Il peggior difetto delle foto, oltre ad una definizione non eccelsa, è un effetto di 'abbagliamento' dei punti più luminosi ..

DMap e B da questo punto di vista son ben più tolleranti .... per eliminare questi problemi, sempre che la causa non sia l'obbiettivo, occorre diffondere la luce e in queste foto il diffusore è tutto .... cosa utilizzi come diffusore e luci?
Chiudere il diaframma equivale a perdere in risoluzione e va usato con molta parsimonia diciamo meglio non toccarlo ... potresti ottenere migliori risultati da crop in 5x.
