The choice of the ISO value is substantially technique: 1/180 is the sync limit for my machine and with the combination of f16 had completely removed the ambient light. At that point I "played" with the ISO values ??in a neighborhood of 1000 (I saw that quality was still acceptable values) so I did not get the light / shadows scheme proposed in the photo.
