La foto in questione non è assolutemente offensiva o lesiva della persona ripresa , in primis perchè non non si capisce chi sia il soggetto , in quanto la persona ripresa ha la testa abbassata "garantendone l'anonimato al 100%" non riprende parti intime o indumenti intimi "perchè coperti dalla borsa".
Sinceramente non capisco il suo commento può piacere o meno lo scatto su questo non discuto, ma arrivare a dire una cosa del genere tirando in ballo i figli credo che sia palesemente fuori luogo.
Credo che debba cercare in altre foto o in altre sezione scatti che possono offendere il pudore di chi vede e di chi viene ripreso.
