Grazie Stendhal, la tua domanda ha senso, in effetti esiste la possibilità che qualche oggetto possa non esistere più, il fatto che sia possibile fotografarlo è logico, ti faccio un'esempio: Se una Galassia dista 2ml di AL noi la vediamo com'era 2ml di anni fa, se in questo momento scomparisse implodendo in un buco nero o fagocitata da un'altra galassia noi continueremo a vedere i fotoni da essa emessi ancora per 2ml di anni, viceversa se vedessimo adesso esplodere una stella in supernova e la stessa fosse distante 200 AL significherebbe che è esplosa 200 anni fa ma che fino ad ora vedevamo la luce che emetteva prima di esplodere (mamma mia che mal di testa eh?). Riguardo alla differenza fra Nebulose e Galassie la risposta è (relativamente) più semplice, una Galassia è quello che si suol dire un'Universo isola, cioè un'insieme di stelle e relativi sistemi (l'universo è composto di miliardi e miliardi di Galassie), la Galassia di cui fa parte il nostro sistema solare è la Via Lattea (che noi chiamiamo così per come ci appare in cielo, ma ne vediamo solo una piccola parte, in realtà è una grande spirale come la Galassia di Andromeda nostra sorella nel gruppo locale). Le nebulose invece sono un'insieme di gas e polveri dove generalmente si formano le stelle ed i relativi sistemi planetari, queste si rendono visibili per l'emissione dell'idrogeno eccitato da una o più stelle (colore rosso) o per riflessione della luce delle stelle su gas inerti o polveri (colore generalmente azzurro). Spero di averti almeno in parte chiarito come funziona, d'altronde è molto difficile spiegare queste cose in poche righe  , fammi sapere  |
