Congratulations for the shot, a "split" of the Varese story to which he has made the right tune. Really a beautiful image.

Thanks Mauro for compliments, even to me the grain does not mind, even though I did not create it.

An image recounted in the caption, reading it is a moment of regret for the partial destruction of the Tower, a sin. Congratulations Marco for the beautiful post posted.

A greeting, Fiorenzo

You're right Fiorenzo, unfortunately there are many reminders of the past have been lost, in this case the work of a war very centuries ago but thanks to the efforts of Make recovered as much as possible. Unfortunately, in other cases due to lack of public spirit or funds other works are damaged or leave the state of abandonment.
Thanks for your visit and compliments.
A greeting.
Marco

It almost looks like a montage. Truth does not convince me a lot. Perhaps the grain is due to a too strong contrast. I do not know ;-)
Beautiful and interesting caption :-P

A photomontage certainly is not Rinaldo. On the grain I would not even know where it was derived.
A greeting.
