Hello Gianni the photo is very beautiful and this exemplary both for its beauty and for its "peculiarities" is precious and must be protected and protected in every possible way.
I think to report the case to the forest is the most just and viable. For now I can tell you this, if I could think of another or if I came to know of any other solution I write :-)
Many congratulations for your praiseworthy initiative ;-)

Hello John, I understand how this subject can be killed by poachers, I would appeal to the Forest Guard, and the WWF as the first responsible and seconds as interested in the conservation of any species (this always on the card) then ... as always between saying and doing ...... third hypothesis could be run off somewhere garden / park in the area, however the shot is very nice and she beautiful !! :-)

One of the most important rules of ecology for photography of wild animals (many know this, but many others do not), is always to photograph them in secret, they should not see.
If they get used to human presence and human tools, then when will be followed by a true hunter with rifle, have that second of hesitation that it will be fatal. In addition, they will also be much less wary of traps.
Paradoxically, when the farmers of the past cast out from the wild territory, that was the right attitude to have with the animal, to make him return distrust.
Also, when we feed a wild means scavagli the pit, they are birds or any other being.
In the woods you have to enter on tiptoe, without a trace of anygender. :-)
Gianni Greetings and all, hello

Hello John,
I confirm the genetic mutation Isabella, congratulations for your preparation and explanation about.
For the protection of the animal you can not do more.
You warned the Forest, you talked to various specialist centers .. what else to do ???
Unfortunately we can only hope that the baby if the cables alone.
The shot goes definitely into the background when you touch on issues like that.
I sincerely hope you can see it a day with her children around.
Greetings Robertino

Dear John, I know how you keep a "Bianchina" (I have called so since I saw her first photo ;-)) and like not wanting to preserve an animal so special?
I'm fond of her too, just seeing your photos and hearing your exciting tales of your meetings.
Each animal life must be protected regardless of its "rarity" and in this case all the more so since his (maybe they ... if specimens in the area were others) makes the uniqueness, alas, a coveted trophy for those animals not just love them.: fconfuso:
I would have given you the advice to open a dedicated topic here in the forum and I am glad you have it done; surely some friends who dedicate themselves with passion (and especially compared) to photography naturalistica will advise you about which other roads beat (if there were ...) and suggest to such institutions is more profitable to contact.
I follow closely the evolution of the story that I hope with all my heart leads to a solution that safeguards this beautiful animal.
... I know that you did not put the photo and the "like" ;-), still leaves me congratulate you on the beautiful portrait that you did in Bianchina and above all for your great respect and love for nature around you.
a hug!
Michela

Dear John, this female specimen is really nice. The deer do not think they have special protection. You could call the WWF oasis of Orbetello test or Burano. You find people informed, sensitive and that will certainly help. That say, Let's save "Bianchina" !! -D :-P

In our part of the mountains and hills of Pistoia (Pracchia, Sammomme ', etc.) .. including wild boars, hares and fagiani..non think a deer like that can pity a cacciatore..ANCHE boars say they are protected and can not be killed a "tot" year .. but those who controlla..quando at 3 am in the herd are already in the circle drive them .. ?? The classino Daino not to be confused with the deer meat e'purtroppo a highly coveted the "mountain", also finds himself in the tradition ..spesso menu'dei local restaurants .., dearly! Tuscan cuisine It is famous for its meat wild love ... and not 'some for vegetarians! Sinceramente..vedendo chiaro..penserei a deer so that it is "sick" or has something strano..e not sparerei..Ma if in the meantime you populate schools of this specie..e someone da'l'ok..to say that their meat e'buona bene..secondo you paid and the forest puo'fermare this phenomenon? The forest (in Tuscany) manages to capture only a small part of all that is hunted by poachers unarmed noisy ..I friends hunters and do not judge them, but I have expressed my opinion as if I were with them to comment on the story.

Gianni great initiative, the only thing I can think about is what you have already written, hoping that in this case are activated promptly ..... ...... do not always have ready ... ...
I just hope that the sample, beautiful, reach the end of its life cycle without the help of some idiot on duty, armed with a gun and viewfinder super technology, no need even to be heard by the deer .......
a salutone all!
Mario

I think that Steff has best expressed in the sense that alone all of FB because there's four different things, for better or for worse! The Forest whatever happens will know what to do or give you good advice. If we were in an ethically perfect world it would be best to protect it in our house, but in a perfect world there would not even certain people and everything would be right and natural! So contact as soon as possible this important body and see what they tell you! I think I speak for everyone if we keep updated on how the situation will evolve. We hope that good can triumph every time ... it would be a great satisfaction! Bravo Gianni for this initiative! ;-)
