Quanto ai dazi è assurdo, non immaginavo si fossero ridotte così! Io ci andai nell'estate del 2014, senza prenotare nessun albergo, e ho sempre trovato da dormire. I turisti erano davvero pochi e, soprattutto, non si pagava assolutamente niente. Per esempio, andai allo Sorvagsvatn percorrendo tutto il sentiero lungo il lago: ero da solo e non c'era anima viva né sul sentiero né poi sul punto panoramico (che tra l'altro era in mezzo alla nebbia e non si vedeva nulla!).
Mi fa molta tristezza tutto ciò! Personalmente le Faroe mi sono rimaste nel cuore proprio perché all'epoca erano fuori dal turismo di massa e si poteva assaporare un'atmosfera autentica.
