Samnite campaign of 1985 sent on January 22, 2023 (19:46) by Carlo Alfonso. 80 comments, 909 views. [retina]

Beautiful composition with the red of the poppy that stands on the lawn, fabulous Kodachrome 25, I used it myself a few times, the colors are unrepeatable with digital. Congratulations.

A world that I only touched at the beginning of the photographic "fever" using my brother's Pentax.
You can perceive in the image, even if you specify that the slide is still something else, the beauty of the colors and the excellent definition. ;-)
But do you bite your nails?! :-D :-D
Good weekend Carlo

Giacomo :-D ... the nails, eaten as a child and remained so even in old age :-P ... My manicure leaves much to be desired :-D
Now I eat my guts, rethinking, indeed, reviewing these old analog shots that have nothing to do with my best digital shot ;-)
Hello and good weekend.
Carlo

Hello Carlo A
fantastic image with a pdr that enhances the three-dimensionality of the scene and with fabulous lights and colors
A perfect scan and a caption that opens us to the memory of past times when everything was .... analog and we were .... younger !!!!
Excellent realization
Congratulations
A warm greeting and a good evening
Roberto :-P

Think that the back of the emulsion, seen in reddish light, appears finely engraved, as well as in all Kodachrome 25 and 64 diacolors.
Detail of no small importance ... It says a lot about the quality of those wonderful films!
You have decided to reopen wounds that I thought were now troubled Carlo! I
still have a collection of prints in Cibachrome that I keep like holy things ... :-D
