Commissario, Quello che dici posso farlo manualmente con Ligthromm e pennello, con qualche difficolta' in piu' immagino, ma non ho altri programmi (a parte GIMP).
Non ignoro mai (spero) osservazioni motivate poste educatamente come e' tuo costume e poi ho messo la foto anche in area commento, il fastidio quindi non e' ammesso!  ....
