I colori li ho aggiunti successivamente. All'epoca non era come oggi, non c'erano mille telecamere, riprese, fotografie, moviole varie. Così, quel fotogramma in realtà era sfuggito a tutti.

Interesting your backlight, but above all the caption that accompanies it: I would have preferred to believe that that gesture so celebrated was sincere and spontaneous but so it is.
Good evening, Giancarlo.

As well as the famous story of the water bottle that you described in the caption.

Hello congratulations for this photo of this deleted - work that refers to a history of sport, of an epic feat of two great protagonists of national cycling if not even world.

As in a "mystery" novel, in which the mystery is hidden.
We start as children to savor burning disillusionments (see Santa Claus) and then continue on the same tenor during the continuation of life. You have to be prepared so that we don't get too hurt.
On the other hand, we need moral references and, rather than nothing, let's be content at least with the invented ones...
It would be nice, however, if the "true" stories were equally remarked. I cite only for example the story of the hero Perlasca, ignored at home until he was brought to the attention and honor of the world by Israel ...
Image, however, that accompanies the history of sport.
Happy Sunday
GG
