Il Ponte della Concordia (denominato anche l'Occhio di Fossombrone) fu costruito nel 1782 in pietra del Furlo e rivestito di mattoni, venne distrutto nel 1944 ad opera dei Tedeschi, e ricostruito nel 1947 fedele all'originale. Si trova a Fossombrone, l'architetto del ponte fu il pesarese Luigi Baldelli e il capomastro suo padre Annibale. E' ad un solo arco, con piano stradale a schiena d'asino nella parte centrale, con larghezza di 40 metri e altezza di 20 metri.
