Entropia crescente, surriscaldamento…. La condizione climatica che fino a pochi anni or sono rappresentava la quasi quotidianità per alcune zone, è diventata occasione particolare e abbastanza rara. Da oltre un secolo si sta correndo dissennatamente verso un vertiginoso aumento dell'entropia, ovvero il passaggio dell'energia da una forma primitiva ad una forma diversa fruibile secondo necessità pratiche ma che, non potendo avere efficienza pari al 100%, ne trasforma una parte in calore. Ad es. il motore a ciclo “otto” a benzina rende ~ 30%, a ciclo diesel ~ 40%, trazione elettrica ~ 35% (se va bene, in funzione della produzione primaria della risorsa) e non parliamo dei riscaldamenti domestici o di qualsiasi lavorazione industriale. Tra non molto “andremo arrosto” senza possibilità di ritorno, eppure la fisica di base, ed i principi della termodinamica erano conosciuti da molto prima dell'escalation determinata dalla rivoluzione industriale e dall'esplosione demografica. In funzione dell'età potrei dire che non me ne importa molto ma cadrei nella medesima ottusa cecità di chi ha gestito opportunità di potere nel recente passato (in termini planetari) facendo scempio delle risorse in tempo brevissimo, con la logica che…… “il domani avrà cura di sé” (Matteo, 6-34) valida nella sua accezione evangelica ma non per la gestione energetica e la prospettiva di vita umana.
