Il Castello di Valbona situato nei Colli Euganei in posizione isolata; è un gioiello dell'architettura militare medievale, la sua costruzione risale al 1200, un luogo ricco di storia. Dal 1997 al 2017 ha ospitato un ristorante, il titolare del quale con passione ha dato un notevole contributo alla costosa manutenzione del maniero creando anche un parco con una fattoria didattica e delle giostrine per bimbi. Nel 2017 il titolare del ristorante è stato sfrattato dalla società proprietaria, un fondo di investimento inglese, che ha messo in vendita il castello. Da allora sono passati quattro anni con il deprimente risultato che l'antica costruzione è ora in totale abbandono, un vero e proprio crimine contro la storia di questo bellissimo edificio.
