Spesso acquisto il pesce, lo pulisco e lo cucino pure e, quando prendo le alici, ho l'abitudine di togliere via le teste prima di ricavarne dei bei filetti da impanare e passare al forno o in olio bollente; l'idea di fotografare le teste che si accumulano durante la pulitura mi era venuta diverse volte, ma avevo sempre soprasseduto fin quando, un bel giorno, mi sono deciso a mettere da parte un tot di teste da fotografare dopo la pulitura e la cottura dei filetti ... e questo è uno dei fotogrammi del mio fish head shooting
