@Merak.dubhe sono retratte poiché la mattina presto la temperatura è molto bassa e le farfalle non sono in attività. Può capitare, ad esempio con le Colias sp., che la spirotromba venga srotolata e poi ritratta, ciclicamente, durante la fase di riscaldamento. Le Apooria crataegi non hanno questo comportamento.
Sono molti anni che fotografo farfalle nelle prime ora del mattino, ormai conosco molti comportamenti tipici delle specie che trovo nel mio terreno :)
