Il cielo si coprì in breve tempo, nuvoloni scuri e minacciosi mi attorniarono, scese improvvisamente il buio, e dalla mia piccola postazione decisi che era giunto il momento di tagliare la corda. Però prima dovevo assolutamente fotografare questa distesa di ranuncoli che si estendeva a perdita d'occhio, uno spettacolo del creato. E bene feci a riprenderli perchè poco dopo si scatenò l'inferno. Vento impetuoso, pioggia a catinelle, e poi la temperatura calò di botto e la grandine devastò tutta questa meravigliosa fioritura in pochi secondi. Nonostante che un adeguato equipaggiamento mi riparasse a dovere, arrivai alla macchina completamente fradicio e intirizzito. La montagna è questa, imprevedibile.
