Opera architettonica dell'insediamento romano, stile sobrio e armonico, iniziato dall'imperatore Augusto e completato da Tiberio nel 21 d.C. “Pont de 'e Dievul” come i riminesi lo chiamano, riferendosi all'antica leggenda per la sua indistruttibilità, o costruito dal maligno per la presenza sulla balaustra posta lato monte di due tacche somiglianti all'impronta di piedi caprini. Costruito in pietra d'Istria con struttura composta da cinque arcate a tutto sesto, con edicole cieche tra le imposte degli archi, le cui dimensioni variano in maniera crescente man mano che ci si sposta verso il centro, dove si trova l'arco più grande.
