questo è il primo cortile del municipio di Firenze. fu ristrutturato da Michelozzo e rivestito di stucchi dal Vasari. la fontana al centro è il Putto con delfino di Andrea del Verrocchio. oltre il portone principale si apre piazza Signoria della quale si nota la statua del Perseo.
