L'edificio occupa il sito della casa 1902-2003 di Lenin , che occupò mentre era in esilio editore del quotidiano socialista russo Iskra (Spark). [1] In onore del leader sovietico , inizialmente l'edificio doveva essere chiamato "Corte Lenin".
