Komodo Dragon sent on March 27, 2021 (16:14) by Sasso. 108 comments, 4931 views. [retina]

at 200mm, 1/160 f/8.0, ISO 100, hand held. Komodo and Rintja, Indonesia. Specie: Varanus komodoensis

I start with the caption that you wrote that it is very interesting and in a few lines, with the gift of synthesis, you have made me even more learn your shot.
You have made the idea very good, it is certainly not a close encounter that I would like to do, also knowing the unwillingness of the specimen, therefore the image acquires even more value.
Compliments,
Massimo.

Huge and very dangerous capture !!! Have you been just 200mm? Don't worry?
I think commodus dragons are more dangerous than crocodiles, both for agility, then they have curved teeth inwards of their mouths... so if you come out of your mouth you go out in tatters and then they have saliva like acid... they melt you....
Opss excuses digression!!
Compliments!!
Alessandro
