That broken wire, ... on Italian workstations sent on February 04, 2021 (0:59) by Lorisb. 56 comments, 870 views. [retina]

at 29mm, 1/800 f/7.1, ISO 100, hand held. Monte Piana, Italy.

I have to admit, sometimes it remains difficult to imagine what they will have felt on both sides ......
my grandfather, who passed the war to the front, never told me a single "adventure", for me they were adventures, for him not.
I stopped asking when one evening, watching a war movie, I saw him with damp eyes of tears ......
Compliments for the passion you put in
Ciao
Fabrizio

I've read your caption now and looked at your photos accompanied by the compelling tale. In these minutes I too found myself up there in the fury of battle, when one died for the sake of homeland!
