Ci stiamo documentando sugli scoiattoli, ce ne sono di più in un ala del parco ma purtroppo abbiamo visto che ci sono i topi che fregano le noci le nocciole agli scoiattoli, mentre in un altra zona più "aperta" ce ne sono un paio, ed ora abbiamo spostato la cassettina del cibo mettendo la frutta secca e dei semini a mo di traccia sperando che i topi non abbiano il sopravvento, c'è anche una gattina di un paio d'anni che sfamiamo, oltre alle anatre ci sono anche le nutrie, insomma un piccolo zoo dove tutte le mattine mio marito porta pane, croccantini semini e frutta secca (passata nello schiaccianoci).
