, 1/250 f/7.1, ISO 100, hand held. Monte Piana, Italy.

I walked through those trenches several times, with a heart swollen with pain and with the look still enraptured by the unreciable beauty of the surrounding peaks ... and in that whirlwind of emotions I did not find any sense for that massacre of young Europeans.
Continue with your raccint Loris!

Very beautiful the proposed photo, taken from an excellent shooting point, which shows and documents the trenches in an exemplary way. Also exhaustive are the photos shown in your first comment and interesting the story that accompanies them. Congratulations, Loris.

Dramatically spectacular. How much suffering and how many lives are broken, young, absurd dead. Very interesting and exhaustive. Congratulations Loris.

Loris :-P ;-) what to say?
Liest of it!
In the past years, with my wife, more passionate than I am about this history, we have walked the places you described in detail many times!

Beautiful shot, detailed the caption, Sesto was the "destination" where I had booked in March 2020 to visit the Dolomites unfortunately the pandemic blocked me, but as soon as I can I will visit these wonderful places full of history, hoping that the story will not repeat
Solo compliments
Soo cordial greetings
Daniela
