Siamo in zona rossa ma fortunatamente il mio paese ha molti parchi che si possono percorrere per fare quella “attività motoria” di cui si parla nelle disposizioni. E quindi anche il sentiero vicino al canale scolmatore (pulito) diventa oggetto di passeggiate all'aria aperta che, in questo momento, aiutano molto. (ero impreparato e avevo con me solo lo smartphone…)
