La Giornata dell'Unità Nazionale e delle Forze Armate è una giornata celebrativa nazionale italiana. Fu istituita nel 1919 per commemorare la vittoria italiana nella prima guerra mondiale, evento bellico considerato completamento del processo di unificazione risorgimentale.( da Wikipedia ) "Mi pare che oggi ci fosse anche più gente del solito. Probabilmente i milanesi sentono di più questo momento". Così il sindaco Beppe Sala al termine delle celebrazioni in occasione della ricorrenza del 4 novembre e del centenario della vittoria della Grande Guerra. Il primo cittadino ha presenziato alla cerimonia in piazza Duomo: davanti alla Cattedrale di Milano erano schierati i reparti delle diverse forze armate per la cerimonia dell'alzabandiera. Oltre a Sala presenti anche le più alte cariche istituzionali e militari della città, tra cui il questore Marcello Cardona e il neoprefetto Renato Saccone. ----------- Ormai si pesca nell'archivio.
