Oggi è un giorno molto triste, per colpa dello stramaledetto virus sono stata costretta a mancare a un appuntamento del cuore: i funerali di Gigi Proietti. Quanti di voi sono andati sulla mia pagina facebook, e hanno letto il mio post, sanno che ero molto amica di Gigi, lo avevo conosciuto nel lontano 1981 al teatro Nuovo di Milano, per un'intervista pubblicata poi su un mio libro. Stamattina la lunga diretta televisiva, commovente e sentita forse più che se ci fosse stato un bagno di folla. Roma senza traffico, quasi deserta, ma con due ali di folla che dal Campidoglio a Piazza del Popolo, hanno salutato con lacrime e applausi il feretro dell'attore, era quasi una città irreale…sembrava camminare lenta e triste dietro quel lugubre macchinone nero che procedeva a passo d'uomo. Mamma Roma senza il caos della grande città, mamma Roma stretta in un abbraccio e in un afflato affettuoso con uno dei suoi figli più amati. Giornate come queste non si vorrebbero mai vivere. Siamo tutti più fragili ed indifesi difronte a certi avvenimenti, ineluttabili ed inevitabili come la morte. Quant'è difficile parlare di morte riferita a uno come Gigi che l'affetto e l'amicizia di una vita avevano messo fra gli “immortali”. Quarantadue anni della sottoscritta nello spettacolo e nel mondo della cultura, sono tanti, davanti ai miei occhi sfilano centinaia di personaggi, visti, intravisti, conosciuti, diventati amici, condiviso tanti momenti sì e tanti momenti no, ma giuro, non ho mai pianto così tanto come in questi giorni, che mi riportano indietro a quel lontano 1995, quando nella Casa di Riposo di Bodio Lomnago dovetti dire addio a un'altra grande amica: Paola Borboni. E siamo purtroppo ai saluti, e non ti dico: addio, ma solo grazie Gigi per esserci stato, per essermi stato amico col cuore…grazie per le belle serate da Sora Lella, con la grande Gabriella Ferri, grazie per le risate insieme alla carissima Veronica Pivetti in quel ristorante di Viterbo quando giravi il “Maresciallo Rocca”. Cala il sipario, ma nel mio cuore il sipario per te non calerà mai e sono certa che non so quando, torneremo a riabbracciarci e a ridere insieme. ----------------------
