Roscigno si trova in provincia di Salerno si divide in due parti Roscigno Vecchia e Roscigno Nuovo Il centro Storico di Roscigno Vecchia a causa di frane e smottamenti incomincio a svuotarsi intorno al 1902, a causa di ordinanze da parte del genio civile . L'ultima abitante di Roscigno Vecchia e stata Teodora Lorenzo (Dorina) e morta il 13 10 2000 a 85 anni. Dorina non aveva voluto saperne di seguire il fratello Mario o le sorelle Concetta e Gelsomina, aveva scelto di rimanere nella casa di suo Padre che consisteva in un paio di stanze senza acqua, luce e gas, mentre tutto intorno a lei era tutto cadente e diroccato. Dorina è stata l'ultima abitante del borgo ; negli anni si è creata una sorta di iconografia intorno ad un'altro unico e ultimo abitante, ossia Giuseppe Spagnuolo che è il custode del Museo di Arte e Civiltà Contadina. Spesso i media hanno creato confusione tra lui e Dorina. Additando Spagnuolo come unico e ultimo abitante di Roscigno Vecchia. Comunque è una figura interessante che fa da Cicerone a quei turisti che vengono a visitare questo Borgo fantasma. Anche se l'ultimo abitante che è realmente vissuto in questo borgo rimane Dorina.
