Annullata per restrizioni covid 19,la ventiseiesima edizione del Festival internazionale del Teatro Classico dei giovani,in programma dal 16 Maggio al 7 giugno al Teatro Greco di Palazzolo Acreide. Il "Teatro del Cielo",migliaia di studenti di istituti superiori,università e accademia provenienti da tutto il mondo che si confrontano con opere senza tempo,per una manifestazione che parla tante lingue e ha la forza e l'entusiasmo della gioventù.Il festival internazionale del teatro classico dei giovani a Palazzolo Acreide è la più importante rassegna di teatro dedicata alle future generazioni nel panorama nazionale ed internazionale.Ogni anno al teatro greco di Akrai, ragazzi di tutte le età presentano originalissime riletture dei testi classici greci e latini nel corso di un evento che fa della partecipazione e dello stare insieme uno dei suoi punti di forza. " Teatro di Palazzolo,Teatro del Cielo.Questa definizione mi balenò repentina al pensiero la primissima volta che io sedei sui gradini del piccolo magico Teatro che corona l'altura di Acre.Dinanzi a noi,e a destra,e a sinistra,null'altro che il profondissimo etere azzurro: nessuna parvenza terrestre turbava quella purezza immacolata,nessuna eco della vita turbava quel sacro silenzio.L'infinito,il silenzio,la luce sono le tre Divinità auguste che imperano su questo angolo della terra a cui nessun altro potrebbe essere agguagliato per virtù ispiratrice.Nessuna cosa volgare potrebbe inoltrarsi in questo muto radioso cerchio di incantesimo:ad esse può solo appressarsi,adorando, la Poesia."
